The idea of creating a company dedicated to the training of board members and executives was born while attending a director’s training program at the Belgian Institute of Directors, and I realises the transformative power of such education.

It opened my eyes to the critical role that well-trained board members can play in better-run businesses, in improving the local economy and in building a better Africa.

As this concept of board professionalisation was not yet widespread in many places in corporate governance, I decided to take up the challenge, to become the advocate for board training, empowering board members and senior’s executives through world-class certified training programs.
